1. About this website

The website bamandi.ca is operated by Bamandi, a women's fashion company based in Quebec, Canada. The site offers clothing and accessory collections for online sale to Canadian consumers.

2. Access to the site

The site is freely accessible to any user with an internet connection. Bamandi reserves the right to modify, suspend or interrupt access to the site at any time, including for maintenance purposes.

Use of the site implies full acceptance of these terms. Any use contrary to applicable laws is strictly prohibited.

3. Customer account

Creating a customer account is free. You may register via an email/password form or through your Google account (OAuth 2.0 authentication).

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Bamandi cannot be held liable for any unauthorized use of your account.

You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us at contact@bamandi.ca.

4. Orders and payment

Any order placed on bamandi.ca constitutes a sales contract. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD), applicable taxes extra.

Bamandi reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of availability issues, obvious pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

5. Delivery

Deliveries are made to addresses located in Canada. Delivery times and costs are indicated at the time of ordering. Bamandi cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers.

6. Returns and refunds

In accordance with Quebec's Consumer Protection Act, you are entitled to return periods applicable to online purchases. To initiate a return, contact us at contact@bamandi.ca within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and with their tags. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defect.

7. Intellectual property

All elements of the bamandi.ca website (texts, images, logo, graphics, layout) are protected by copyright. Any reproduction, even partial, without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

8. Personal data protection

Bamandi collects and processes your personal data in accordance with Law 25 (Act to modernize legislative provisions as regards the protection of personal information) and GDPR for European customers.

Data collected (name, email, address, order history) is used exclusively for managing your account and orders. It is never sold to third parties.

9. reCAPTCHA

reCAPTCHA v3 analyzes user behavior invisibly (no checkbox) and assigns a trust score. No personally identifiable data is transmitted to Google beyond the information necessary for this analysis.

10. Limitation of liability

Bamandi strives to ensure the accuracy of information published on the site but cannot guarantee its completeness. Photos are for illustrative purposes; actual colors may slightly vary depending on your screen.

Bamandi shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the site.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws in force in the province of Quebec, Canada. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Quebec courts.
