Orders
How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, choose your item and size, add it to your cart, then proceed to checkout. You can order with or without a customer account.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel your order within one hour of confirmation by contacting us at contact@bamandi.ca. After that, the order is being prepared and can no longer be changed.
How do I track my order?
A tracking email is sent as soon as your order ships. You can also view your order history in your customer account.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards, as well as PayPal payments. All transactions are secured by TLS encryption.
Do prices include taxes?
No, displayed prices are before taxes. Applicable taxes (GST and QST in Quebec) are calculated and shown at checkout based on your delivery province.
Shipping
What are the delivery times?
Standard delivery takes 5 to 8 business days. We also offer express (2–3 days) and priority (1 day) shipping. See our Shipping page for full details.
Is shipping free?
Yes! Standard shipping is free on all orders of $75 and over before taxes. Below that threshold, standard shipping costs $7.95.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within Canada only. We hope to expand to international shipping soon.
Returns
How do I return an item?
Contact us at contact@bamandi.ca within 14 days of receipt with your order number. Our team will send return instructions within 24 hours.
How long does a refund take?
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, your refund is processed within 3 to 5 business days. The time for it to appear on your statement depends on your financial institution.
Account
How do I create a customer account?
Click "My Account" in the navigation bar, then "Create an account". You can sign up with your email or via your Google account in one click.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
On the login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You will receive a reset link valid for 1 hour.
Products
How do I choose my size?
Each product page includes a Bamandi size guide. If you're between two sizes, we recommend going up a size, or contact us for personalized advice.
Are the colors accurate in photos?
We do our best to ensure photos accurately represent real colors. Slight variations may exist depending on your screen. Descriptions always include the exact color name and fabric composition.
