Return conditions
To be accepted, a returned item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in its original packaging if possible.
Accepted for return:
- Unworn clothing with tags
- Items received defective or different from the order
- Items in their original packaging
Non-refundable: final sale items, underwear, swimwear (for hygiene reasons), and personalized items.
How to make a return

Contact us
Write to contact@bamandi.ca with your order number and reason for return, within 14 days of receipt.

Return authorization
Our team replies within 24 hours with shipping instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

Ship the item
Carefully package the item and ship it to the address provided. Keep your shipping receipt.

Refund
Upon receipt and inspection of the item, your refund is processed within 3 to 5 business days.
Return costs
- Defective item or our error: return costs covered by us (prepaid label provided)
- Return for personal convenience: return costs at the customer's expense
- Size exchange: return costs at the customer's expense; delivery of new item is free
